Returns:
1. Incorrect or Defective Items: Returned Free of Cost. If you receive an item that has been sent incorrectly or is defective, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a return label for your item. You have 60 days to process your return.
Please note, Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, within 60 days of receipt. You may also need to provide proof of purchase if requested.
2. Change of Mind: Return Fee $9.00. If you simply change your mind and would like to return your item for a credit there will be a flat fee of $9.00 charged to produce and send you a shipping label. You have 60 days to process your return.
3. Clearance Items: All clearance items are considered final sales, unless there is a fault or the item is not as listed on our website. These items cannot be returned or exchanged, so please select these products carefully.
Please Note; This only applies to items listed as Clearance Items, it does NOT apply to items sold at a sale or discounted pricing.
4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are not normally refunded, unless we have been at fault and we are not able to ship, at our expense, the current item. If we have sent you an incorrect item, our shipping team will organise a return label for you, you will simply need to take the item to the Post Office with the label attached.
If you are exchanging an item for a different size etc, we charge a flat rate of $9.00 for the return label. Please contact one of the OZeSkates team so we can send you a pre-paid shipping label. It is your responsibility to repack the item and take it to the Post Office for shipping.

How to Return or Exchange:

Please note, that we cannot ship a new item or process a refund without first receiving the incorrect item back in our store.

3. Processing Time: We aim to handle your claim as swiftly as possible. Please allow approximately 2 to 5 days for the warranty claim to be processed.
