We use Australia Post, Aramex, and Couriers Please for our deliveries. All standard orders are shipped using the default freight option. If you prefer a faster delivery, you can select the Express Post option during the checkout process, where the cost will be calculated based on the size of your order and your postal address.

Shipping Times

We ship most orders within 24 hours of receiving your order on a weekday. (Average shipping time of online orders). While orders might be processed on Saturday and Sunday, they can only be physically shipped between Monday to Friday, with gazetted Public Holidays being excluded as all shipping companies observe these holidays.

We will always let you know via email if your order is delayed and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. 

We will always send you an email to confirm when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number so you can easily track the progress of your order.

Australia Freight Prices

Free Freight over $199.99 - To assist our customers, we have reduced our freight charges within Australia. All online orders valued at $200.00 and over, will be shipped free of charge via standard service. (Some oversized items are exempt)
Express Post is charged at the Australia Post rate based on your location.

Delivery Details

  • Carrier Selection: Most orders are dispatched via Australia Post. However, larger or bulkier items may be shipped with Aramex or Couriers Please. These carriers typically require a signature upon delivery, or you can opt for an Authority to Leave if you are not home.
  • Australia Post Deliveries: If no one is available to receive your parcel and you have not opted for an Authority to Leave, Australia Post will hold your parcel at your local post office for pickup. Please note that Australia Post is moving towards using their tracking app and will phase out physical notification cards.
  • Courier Deliveries: If a delivery attempt by Aramex or Couriers Please is unsuccessful and there is no Authority to Leave, they will leave a notification card. You will need to contact the courier directly to arrange a second delivery attempt.
